The exterior is clean and inviting… and it feels so wonderful to see the word “vegan” proudly displayed on a major street! The interior is just as cute with green and orange accents, as well as 3D wooden artwork hanging on its walls. With cold water and colorful succulents on each table, the space is plenty cozy.
Let me take a second and just express to all of you how exciting it is to have a breakfast/brunch spot with vegan options in the Cleveland areas. There is a spot or two out there which are fabled to offer a tofu scramble on their menus, but truthfully, this is unprecedented. An entire menu of all vegan brunch items, sweet and savory! Available a la carte or in three courses, the options are mouth-watering.
My SO opted for the Spinach Asparagus Omelet with “red pepper, tofu, almond mylk, and black salt” and an English muffin. A tofu omelet with black salt?! Incredible!
The star of his brunch selections were the Cajun Breakfast Potatoes with house made vegan ranch dressing… You guys. These potatoes. This dressing. Perfection!
I chose the Junior Scramble: “spinach, seasonal veg, tofu, almond mylk, and turmeric” and the Banana Almond French Toast, which was basically banana nut bread turned into French toast with cinnamon apple compote, whipped coconut cream, and maple syrup. So sinful!
The bakery case was calling our names as we perused the menu and we became distracted with making lists of the goodies we wanted to take home. Behold: a gf Apple Oat Muffin, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Doughut, Caramel Latte Cupcake (!!!!!!), and 2 Cinnamon Rolls. Everything was behind yum.
